Description
Designed especially for a safe fastening to corrugated fibre cement or trapezoidal sheet metal roofs on a steel substructure avoiding breakage and leaks.
Due to the utilisation of distance tubes, the fastening system FixE transfers fastening forces and possible bending moments safely into the substructure (such as sheet metal Z purlins). A specially shaped gasket made of UV-resistant EPDM-rubber serves as a sealing.
System comprises:
- Aluminium Universal adaptor top piece
- M8 stainless steel threaded screws with vulcanized EPDM-seal (UV-resistant)
- Sealing cap to suit corrugated sheet or Universal Callotte to suit trapezoidal sheet metal
- Aluminium distance spacer tube. Available in 1m lengths for cutting to size to suit different corrugated profile heights.
